Cllr Malcolm Jones

A resident of Steeple Ashton since 1983 (39 years) Cllr Jones has been a member of the Parish Council since 2017. Before his retirement Cllr Jones worked at Avon Tyres and his roles there included Technical, Marketing and Production Management. As Legislation Manager he served on the UK, European and Global industry committees as a company representative or as the appointed UK delegate. These committees included meetings with the EU in Brussels formulating EU directives, and with the UN in Geneva regarding UN Regulations.
Since his retirement Cllr Jones has been using his time and experience to help the work of the Parish Council.
