The Parish Council has recently received a request to use council owned land for a local event. The insurance arrangements for granting permission to such requests have now been established with the PC’s insurer.

Any local group wishing to use Council owned land for an event is asked to please complete a Special Event Proposal Form and send this, together with an appropriate risk assessment, to the Parish Clerk.

It would be extremely helpful if this could be done at least a month prior to the planned event (where possible) so that the appropriate submission to the insurers can be made in good time.
